Graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw. Holds first- and second-degree specializations in internal medicine and a second-degree specialization in gastroenterology. Was awarded a doctorate in medical sciences at the Centre of Postgraduate Medical Education in Warsaw.
Author of numerous review publications in the field of gastroenterology. Currently head of the ultrasonography laboratory of the Oncological Gastroenterology Clinic at the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Cancer Institute in Warsaw.
Particular area of interest: gastro-oesophageal reflux disease.
