dr n. med. Anna Reguła

Graduate of the 1st Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw in 1981. Specialist in internal medicine and gastroenterology.

Upon graduating, began working at the Clinic of Metabolic Diseases and Gastroenterology at the Masovian Bródno Hospital.

In 1992, was awarded a doctorate in medicine, defending a dissertation in the field of Helicobacter pylori infection. From 1995 to 1997, served as deputy head of the Osteoporosis Laboratory at the Institute of Food and Nutrition.

From 1999 to 2019, worked at the Metabolic Diseases Outpatient Clinic of the Institute of Food and Nutrition. Currently is one of the physicians running the Metabolic Diseases and Obesity Treatment Outpatient Clinic at the Masovian Bródno Hospital.

Main areas of interest: treatment of lipid disorders, in particular hypercholesterolaemia, familial hypercholesterolaemia, hypertriglyceridaemia, nutrition-related diseases including obesity, and gastrointestinal diseases.
