Graduated from the Faculty of Human Nutrition and Home Economics (currently the Faculty of Human Nutrition) in Warsaw as a specialist in human nutrition and dietetics. Completed a scholarship at the University of Leeds, Faculty of Applied Human Nutrition and Dietetics. In 2012, was awarded a doctorate; the doctoral dissertation concerned the impact of the glycaemic index and glycaemic load of the diet in patients with ischaemic heart disease on lipid and glycaemia levels. Participant in numerous training courses and scientific conferences. Member of the Polish Society of Dietetics.

Provides dietary support to adult and paediatric patients requiring nutritional management in the treatment of:

  1. gastrointestinal conditions (e.g. light-digestible, low-fat, FODMAP, low- and high-fibre, gluten-free diets, and diets for fructose and lactose intolerance);
  2. diet-related conditions (e.g. low glycaemic index and glycaemic load diets, diets for hypercholesterolaemia, hypertriglyceridaemia, DASH diet, and others);
  3. other conditions where dietary modification is indicated by a physician (e.g. antihistamine, low-protein, gluten-free, low-phosphate, high-protein, high-calorie diets, diets for anaemia, and fruit and vegetable diets).
